If your file does not upload in Unmix, there are a few common things to check first.
Check the file length
In the free version, Unmix supports uploads up to 3 minutes long.
If your file is longer than that, you may need Premium to process it. Premium supports longer files.
Check whether the issue affects one file or all files
Try uploading another file.
- If only one file fails, the issue may be related to that file.
- If all files fail, the issue may be related to the app, import source, or device.
Check where the file is coming from
If possible, note where you are importing the file from, such as:
- your device storage
- Photos
- Files
- another app or cloud storage
This can help identify the cause of the issue.
If the issue continues
Please contact support and include:
- whether one file fails or all files fail
- the file length
- where the file is being imported from
- the file itself, if possible.
