Why aren’t sound packs downloading?
If a sound pack does not start downloading, gets stuck, or stays at 0%, try the steps below.
What to check first
- make sure your device has enough free storage space
- make sure your internet connection is stable
- if possible, try another Wi-Fi or mobile network
- if content access is limited on your current network, try a different connection method or provider
Check available storage
- On iPhone or iPad, you can check storage in Settings → General → iPhone Storage.
- On Android, open your device Settings and check the storage section.
Try these steps
- Close Drum Pads 24 completely and open it again.
- Check your internet connection and try downloading the sound pack again.
- If possible, switch to another network and try again.
- Restart your device and test the download again.
- Wait a little and try again later in case the issue is temporary.
- If the issue continues, try freeing up storage space on your device, then close and reopen the app.

- your device type
- your OS version
- your Drum Pads 24 app version
- the name of the sound pack
- a screenshot of the issue, if possible
