Premium

Premium users can process longer files, up to 25 minutes.

If your file is longer than the limit for your plan, it may not upload or process correctly.

If your file still does not work

If your file is within the allowed length but still does not upload, please contact support and include:

  • the file length
  • where the file is being imported from
  • whether the problem happens with one file or all files.
