I've set up the new iOS device from a backup of my previous iOS device. When I launch the Drum Pads 24 app on the new device I don't hear sounds.

The sound pack files may be corrupted after transferring backup data to the new device. To fix the issue it's required to download the sound packs once again on the new device. But previously it's required to delete old corrupted files. Follow these steps:

1. Open the Sounds page

2. Find and open the sound pack that you try to use and whose sounds do not play.

3. On the sound pack page in the upper right corner select three dots. You should see the 'Delete' option. Click it to delete the sound pack's files. If you don't see the 'Delete' option it means that the sound pack is not downloaded.

4. Click the 'Get' button to download the sound pack's files.
