If you paid for Premium but the app still shows locked features, try restoring your purchase first.
Try this first
- make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase
- reopen the app
- use the Restore or Restore Purchases option in the app (usually accessible via Settings)
If Premium is still not active
Please check:
- whether the subscription is active in your Apple or Google account
- whether the purchase was made for the same app you are currently using
- whether you may be signed in with a different store account
If the issue continues
Contact support and include:
- the app name
- your device type
- a screenshot showing the premium screen or error
- a screenshot of the active subscription or purchase receipt
