Why can’t I press several pads at the same time?
If Drum Pads 24 on Android devices does not respond when you press several pads at once, the issue is usually related to the device’s multitouch support or device gesture settings.
Possible reasons
1. The device supports only a limited number of simultaneous touches
The app can only use the number of touches supported by your device. If your device supports only two or three simultaneous touches, the app cannot go beyond that limit.
2. The device may not detect multitouch correctly
On some devices, multitouch may not work properly even if the hardware supports it. In that case, some touches may not be recognized as expected.
3. Device gesture settings may interfere
Some system gestures can interfere with multitouch input. If your device has gesture features enabled, try turning them off temporarily and test the app again. Some HTC devices may have the HTC gestures setting. You can try to disable it in the device settings.
Also, for example, if your device has a gesture such as using three fingers to take a screenshot, disabling that feature may help.
How to test your device
To check whether your device detects multitouch correctly, try a multitouch test app such as MultiTouch Tester.
If the test app also fails to detect all touches correctly, the issue is likely related to the device rather than Drum Pads 24.
