If you have any coins and purchased sound packs they will be restored after reinstallation when you sign in with your Google+ account in our app.

Please check that you're logged in to your Google/Facebook account within our app: if you open menu in the app you will see three lines button in the top left corner. Click it and there must be written number of coins you have. 

Please make the restart of your device and update the account information.

If it will not help, please send us an email from Google about this purchase. After you made a purchase the email about this purchase must be in your email or in your wallet (wallet.google.com). There must be a transaction ID like this: GPA.1122-3344-5566-7788. We will check the order status with this transaction ID and return back to you.
