Some of our apps include ads in the free version.
In supported apps, you can usually remove ads by purchasing a premium subscription in the app. An active subscription may also include other premium benefits, depending on the app.
How to remove ads
- Open the app.
- Go to the premium, subscription, or upgrade screen.
- Choose a subscription plan.
- Complete the purchase using your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
After your subscription is activated, ads should be removed automatically.
Important notes
- Available premium benefits may vary by app.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Subscription billing and management are handled by Apple or Google, depending on your device.
If you already subscribed but still see ads
Please try the following:
- Reopen the app.
- Make sure you are signed in with the correct account, if the app uses login.
- Use the Restore or Restore Purchases option in the app, if available.
- Wait a moment for the premium status to update.
If ads are still showing after that, contact support and include:
- the app name
- your device type
- a screenshot showing the ads
- a screenshot of your active subscription or purchase receipt
