If you already paid for a subscription or premium access but the app still shows locked features, try restoring your purchase.
Restoring purchases helps the app recognize an existing purchase again.
When to use Restore Purchases
You may need to restore your purchase if:
- you changed devices
- you reinstalled the app
- you signed in again
- premium access does not appear after payment
Before you restore
Please make sure:
- you are using the same Apple ID or Google account that was used for the purchase
- you are opening the same app that was originally purchased
- your subscription or purchase is still active
How to restore
- Open the app.
- Go to the Settings screen, open Store page.
- Tap Restore or Restore Purchases, if available.
- Wait a moment for the app to update your access.
If restore does not work
Please try the following:
- close and reopen the app
- make sure you are signed in to the correct store account
- try the restore option again
If premium is still not recognized, contact support and include:
- the app name
- your device type
- a screenshot of the premium screen
- a screenshot of your active subscription or purchase receipt
Important note
Restoring purchases does not create a new purchase and does not charge you again. It only helps the app recognize a purchase you already made.
