Important notes

  • app developers usually cannot issue refunds for purchases made through Apple
  • refund decisions are made according to Apple or Google policies
  • canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but does not automatically refund a charge that already happened

Before requesting a refund

Make sure you know:

  • which app the charge belongs to
  • which store account was used for the purchase
  • the date and amount of the charge

If you are not sure which app was charged, check your Apple or Google purchase history first.
