What to include in your report

Please include:

  • the app name
  • your device model
  • your OS version
  • your app version, if available
  • a short description of what is happening
  • the steps that lead to the issue
  • whether the issue happens every time or only sometimes
  • a screenshot or screen recording, if possible

How to describe steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce are the exact actions that lead to the problem.

Try to describe them in order, as clearly as possible.

For example:

  1. Open the app.
  2. Open a sound pack.
  3. Tap the record button.
  4. Try to save the recording.
  5. The app freezes on the save screen.

This helps us understand when the issue happens and how to test it.

If the issue involves a file or sound pack

Please also include:

  • the name of the file, project, or sound pack
  • whether the issue happens with one item or with all items
  • where the file came from, if relevant
