If you see a charge but are not sure which app it is for, check your purchase details first.

What to check

  • the exact app name in your subscription list
  • the store where the purchase was made
  • the Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase
  • the date and amount of the charge

On iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Review the list of active and expired subscriptions.

On Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions.
  4. Tap Subscriptions.
  5. Review your subscriptions.

On Mac

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Click your name or the sign-in button.
  3. Click Account Settings.
  4. Scroll to Subscriptions and click Manage.

If you still can’t identify the app

Contact support and include:

  • a screenshot of the charge or receipt
  • the app name, if visible
  • the amount charged
  • the date of the charge

This helps support confirm whether the purchase belongs to the app you are asking about.
