If you see a charge but are not sure which app it is for, check your purchase details first.
What to check
- the exact app name in your subscription list
- the store where the purchase was made
- the Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase
- the date and amount of the charge
On iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Review the list of active and expired subscriptions.
On Android
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Review your subscriptions.
On Mac
- Open the App Store.
- Click your name or the sign-in button.
- Click Account Settings.
- Scroll to Subscriptions and click Manage.
If you still can’t identify the app
Contact support and include:
- a screenshot of the charge or receipt
- the app name, if visible
- the amount charged
- the date of the charge
This helps support confirm whether the purchase belongs to the app you are asking about.
