You can cancel your subscription at any time for the next billing period.

Please note:

  • deleting the app does not cancel your subscription
  • subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
  • after cancellation, your premium access usually remains active until the end of the current billing period

iPhone or iPad

To cancel a subscription on iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription you want to manage.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Android

To cancel a subscription on Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions.
  4. Tap Subscriptions.
  5. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  6. Tap Cancel subscription.
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Mac

To cancel a subscription on Mac:

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Click your name or the sign-in button.
  3. Click Account Settings.
  4. Scroll to Subscriptions and click Manage.
  5. Select the subscription you want to manage.
  6. Click Cancel Subscription.

If you don’t see the subscription

  • Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase.
  • If there is no cancel option, the subscription may already be canceled.
  • If you are not sure which app the subscription belongs to, check your purchase history in Apple or Google.
