How to coordinate hands well while playing 

Practice is everything. So the main tip is to practice as much as possible!

Don’t think about the action but allow your body's ability to remember the action without need top for thought.

The best way to learn to play with both hands is to start very slowly and simply and with no regard to a consistent tempo - just get the pads in the right order. Practice each hand slowly and each hand correctly.

Don't expect too much to begin with, but push yourself to practice daily, such training will definitely help you to improve the skills. As soon as you feel quite comfortable with this process, start focusing more on the rhythm, and establish a consistent tempo as soon as possible.
