Drum Pads 24 includes a large library of sounds and sound packs. You may use Drum Pads 24 to create your own original music, but there are important rules about what is and is not allowed.

What you may do

You may use Drum Pads 24 to create your own original music, soundtracks, and other musical compositions. You may use those original compositions commercially if you clearly credit Drum Pads 24 as the app used to create the audio.

Examples may include:

  • songs
  • background music for videos
  • original beats used as part of your own finished composition

What you may not do

You may not use individual samples, sounds, or sound sets from Drum Pads 24 on a standalone basis. 

This means you may not:

  • extract and distribute individual samples
  • resell sounds as sample packs, sound libraries, or sound effects
  • repackage sounds in whole or in part
  • use the raw samples separately in competing products or for similar competitive purposes

You do not own exclusive rights to the sounds in Drum Pads 24, and other users may use the same sounds in their own work.

Sound pack previews

Audio previews for sound packs may not be extracted, reused, reproduced, or used commercially in whole or in part

Feed sound packs

Commercial use of user-created sound packs downloaded from the Drum Pads 24 Feed is not allowed. 

Artist Series sound packs

There are two types of library sound packs in Drum Pads 24:

  • sound packs created by Drum Pads 24 and labeled with the Drum Pads 24 author name
  • sound packs created by third-party producers and labeled with the producer’s name

Commercial use is allowed only for sound packs labeled with the Drum Pads 24 author name. Commercial use of Artist Series sound packs is not allowed. 

How to credit Drum Pads 24

If you use music created in Drum Pads 24, you must clearly credit Drum Pads 24 as the app used to create the audio.

You can place the credit:

  • in the song description
  • in release notes
  • in video credits
  • in the video description
