For apps that support account login (specifically, for Drum Pads 24), you can use your subscription on multiple devices if you sign in with the same account used for the original purchase.

This may include:

  • iPhone
  • iPad
  • Android devices

How it works

To use your subscription on another device, sign in to the app with the same account you used when you originally purchased or activated the subscription. This may be:

  • a Google account
  • an Apple account
  • an account created with your email address

If the subscription does not appear automatically on the second device, use the Restore or Restore Purchases option in the app, if available. 

To activate your subscription on another device

  1. Install the same app on the other device.
  2. Open the app.
  3. Sign in with the same account used for the original purchase.
  4. If needed, use the Restore or Restore Purchases option in the app.

Important notes

  • You must use the same app. A subscription for one app does not apply to a different app.
  • You must use the same login account that was used for the original purchase or activation.
  • Some app content may still be stored locally on each device, even if the subscription is recognized across devices. For example, local files may not automatically transfer between devices. 

If your subscription is not available on another device

Please check:

  • that you installed the same app
  • that you signed in with the same account
  • that the subscription is active
  • that you tried restoring the purchase in the app

If it still does not work, contact support and include:

  • the app name
  • the device types involved
  • the login method used
  • a screenshot of the premium screen or error message
